Itinerary

Saturday, June 7th we left for Ely, NV.
Sunday after church we left for Tahoe.
Monday Jam & I went out and about early in the morning then Brian & I took the kids swimming (I fried) when the pool opened. Afterward, Brian took the kids on a Bear hunt (Jamie and I saw one on our outting) while I finished "The River Between Us." Later that night we stopped by the shore after the store and took a walk. Brian went running.
Tuesday we left early to see the castle on Emerald Bay, which was amazing. Tim hiked it all (6.5 miles total) on his OWN!
Wednesday we went on the Rainbow trail and saw their under ground fish exhibit then went to the Tallac historical site.
Thursday after driving 1/2 way around the lake we ate at a burger joint by the side of the road (the pizzaria we were after was closed). We saw an AWESOME spot for some beach, sand, and R&R. We even tried out the COLD Tahoe water. Running with Jamie at dusk ending on shore while Brian swam w/ kids.
Friday we went on a little hike on the Tahoe Rim Trail (Little Vista)--still waiting for pics from Jan & Rod :)
Saturday our family took a little hike again at a different spot on the Tahoe Rim Trail. We played some pingpong and air hockey with Tim and Tori then swam and left at lunch.
Sunday we stayed at Mary, Jimmy & Keira's again and headed home after church.
